Sports Premium
In April 2013, the Government announced new funding of £150 million for physical education (PE) and sport. Schools are free to determine how best to use this funding to improve the quality and breadth of PE and sport provision, including increasing participation in PE and sport so that all pupils develop healthy lifestyles and reach the performance levels they are capable of.
At Spire we want to enable children to develop a positive relationship with Physical Activity that will last their lifetime!
See our Action plans for how we spend our money and the impact this has on our children.
Read our newsletters each half term to find out how we are working towards achieving our whole school goal!
Spire Sports Day - 5.7.24
What an amazing Sports Day we had. The children were amazing and their sportsmanship shone through as they supported one another during each race.
